this is suppose to portray america's horror and despair at england's predicament, Since he try so hard to be a hero, so england won't have to overused his magic and pay the prices, but despite how hard he tried, his effort end up backfired as his rash action, end up pushing england to make a move of his own (and you knows how that goes)
