APH - The Magician

I had an urge to draw england in white suit with top hat (the cape is sort of just happen)
and suddenly he look like a phantom thief.. or a magician XDD

I had a lot of trial and error in this pic the very moment I finish sketch it and about to do line art,
I realize once I look over the whole sketch that his head and body don't match (his head is lope side and look awkward X'D)
Fortunately for me, I somehow manage to fix it
