this is the first time I ever drew a topless guy, and I can't stop drawing arthur XD (I love him too much lol)
I honestly don't know where the idea of snake/naga england coming from, I've had seen a lot of fan art for this form and got to read a doujin about it on tumblr (dispite having unblinking eyes arthur still look so cute in that doujin XD)
